When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within Canada typically takes 3–5 business days.

In most cases, customers receive their orders within 4–7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier volume and local delivery conditions.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel at any time.


Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?

We currently deliver exclusively within Canada. All Canada orders include free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required.


I want to cancel my order. How can I do so?

You can cancel your order at no cost before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.


I would like to return an item. What should I do?

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team and include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once you get in touch, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this helps us process your return quickly and correctly.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Return shipping is free of charge for both faulty items and voluntary returns (such as a change of mind).

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
